At Jowaken, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. This return policy applies to all products including phone accessories, electronics, computers, power banks, and general items delivered across Kenya.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns +
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items +
Items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible. Certain accessories and consumables may also be excluded.
Return Process +
Contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Refunds +
Refunds are processed after inspection. Payments will be refunded via the original payment method or mobile money (M-Pesa) within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges +
We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost. Exchanges depend on product availability.
Shipping Costs +
If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping fees may apply.
